Order Processing
Processing times may vary by product and fulfillment location. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout or on individual product pages where applicable. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier and fulfillment location.
Please note that estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather or other circumstances outside of our control.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may contain products fulfilled from different locations. In these cases, your order may arrive in more than one package and at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping fees because an order is split into multiple shipments.

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order. Please allow time for tracking information to update after your shipment has been processed.
